Froy Technologies Limited ("Froy POS", "we", "our") collects information necessary to provide Point of Sale services, assured SMS digital receipt delivery, and AI business reporting. This includes merchant account credentials, inventory item lists, transaction logs, and customer phone numbers entered at the counter for receipt dispatch.
🔒 Strict Guarantee: Customer phone numbers entered into Froy POS for issuing SMS receipts are strictly used for delivering official proof-of-purchase receipts. Phone numbers are NEVER sold, rented, shared, or targeted with unsolicited marketing SMS campaigns.
All sales logs, cashier credentials, and reports are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 encryption and stored securely in compliance with regional data protection laws and ITU/GSMA standards. Offline transaction logs saved locally on merchant devices are encrypted with AES-256.
Structured monthly summary exports generated for AI coaching (e.g. revenue totals, top selling categories) are aggregated and anonymized. Merchants retain complete ownership of their commercial financial records.
