The part nobody else builds
Your exercise book, with a memory.
Western POS systems assume every sale is a card sale. In a Kenyan duka a large share of the neighbourhood trades on credit — and no till keeps that account.

Current, 7 days, 30 days, 60 days and beyond, sorted by how long the money has been out.

Start freeWhat is a debt book?
A debt book is the running record of what each customer owes your shop. Froy POS keeps it against the customer’s name, ages it, and sends the reminder by SMS for about KES 0.05.
Can I record a partial repayment?
Yes. A partial payment attaches to the original debt rather than replacing it, so the history of that customer stays intact.
Does it work without a smartphone on the customer side?
Yes. The reminder is an SMS, so it reaches a feature phone with no app and no data.
