The agreement between you and Froy POS. Written to be read, not to be survived.

What you are buying
A subscription to the Froy POS application, billed per shop per month. The software is licensed, not sold. Your data remains yours and can be exported as CSV at any time.

Trial and billing
The free tier has no time limit and carries the usage limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any point; cancellation stops the next renewal rather than the current period.

Acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for who on your staff has access. Do not use the service to record sales that did not happen, and do not attempt to resell access.

Availability and liability
We aim for continuous availability and the app is built to keep selling offline, but no service can promise zero downtime. Liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding twelve months.
