What we collect, why we collect it, and how to get it out again.

What we collect
Your shop details, product catalogue, sales and customer credit records, and the phone number or email you sign in with. That is the minimum needed to run a till.

What we do not collect
We do not read your customers’ M-Pesa messages, we do not sell data to advertisers, and we do not use your sales figures to train models.

Where it lives
Records are stored on your device first, then synchronised to Cloud Firestore. Messages are delivered through a Kenyan short-code provider and Meta’s WhatsApp API, each of which processes only the message content.

Your rights
You can export every record as CSV, and you can ask for deletion. Because the ledger is yours, deletion removes the shop and its records rather than anonymising them.
